من وسط جبال يكتنفها الضباب، على ارتفاع يتراوح بين 1620- 1340متر فوق سطح البحر. تختبئ قُرى الباو جنوب شان في ميانمار الغنية بالمحاصيل حيث يعكف المزارعون على انتاج البنّ إلى جانب الافوكادو و البرتقال و الشاي و الأرز.

 

يتميّز هذا البن بإيحاءات تحاكي الخوخ و الكرز و الأناناس مما يعطيه مذاقاً استثنائياً يناسب مشروبات الحليب و التقطير. 

 

عولج هذا المحصول بطريقة التجفيف اللاهوائية حيث توضع كرزات القهوة في وعاءٍ مفرّغ من الأكسجين، ثم بعد حوالي ٤٢ ساعة يتم تجفيفها لمدة تتراوح 18-23 يومًا على الأسرّة المرتفعة.
