Coffee Products (Beans):
Due to the nature of food products, coffee beans cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives:
• damaged
• missing items
• or incorrect
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Tools & Accessories:
Tools can be exchanged within 7 days if:
• unused
• in original condition
• with original packaging
Refunds:
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.
